DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF REORGANIZATION MEETING OF THE DISTRICT 37 REPUBLICAN PARTY \n\n\n\nNotice is hereby given that District 37 Republican Party caucus at-large will be held on Thursday\, January 2\, 2025\, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Heart River Retreat\, 2475 West Broadway Street in Dickinson\, North Dakota. The business to be conducted will be to elect committee persons\, and conduct such other business as provided by State Law and Party Rules. Any District 37 Republican member in good standing at the time of the meeting will be eligible to participate. All applications for membership received 10 days after this notice will be reviewed for approval on December 30\, 2024.  \n\n\n\nApplications are available by contacting Chairman Mitch Baesler at (701) 527-5870 or Treasurer Dean Rummel at (701) 290-0593\, or by e-mail: drummel@ndsupernet.com. \n\n\n\nFollowing the caucus meeting there shall be a meeting of District 37 Republican Party Committee at which time:1) There will be a selection of a Chairman\, Vice Chairman\, Secretary and Treasurer and such other officers as provided by the bylaws to be chosen by the District Committee.2) To adopt rules and modes of procedure not in conflict with the law.3) Fill any vacancies in the office of the Committeemen.4) Select an Executive Committee consisting of from five (5) to eighteen (18) persons chosen from the District.5) To conduct such other business as provided by State Law and Party Rules.Mitch BaeslerChairman District 37 Republican Party
