DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Republican Party District 43 will hold their atlarge reorganization meeting at the Center of Innovation building\, 4200 JamesRay Drive\, Grand Forks\, North Dakota\, in the Idea Room on the first Floor\, inGrand Forks\, North Dakota\, on the 6th day of May\, 2025\, from the hours of 1;30o clock pm to 2;30 o clock pm\, for the election of District officials as may beprovided by state law and district party bylaws. Only Republicans residing inDistrict 43 for the last 30 days prior to the meeting and have proof of suchresidency in the form of a State issued ID and who have paid their state duesprior to the meeting may participate in this election. Persons intending to runfor any District office\, must file a statement two days prior to the meetingwith the Secretary of the District\, Ms. Pauline Glynn\, at 4200 James Ray Drive #503\, Grand Forks\, North Dakota\, such statement to contain the full name of theperson intending to run; the address of such person intending to run; thetelephone number of the person intending to run; which office they are intendingto run for and then such person must be nominated for such office at the meetingfrom the floor. Failure to file such statement will result in exclusion fromrunning for such office. Such statement must be filed at least two days beforesuch reorganizational meeting.
