DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that on 24 day of February\, 2026\, beginning at 5:30 pm\,Legislative District 43 of the Republican party will hold its Delegate Conventionand Endorsing Convention to select Delegates for the State RepublicanConvention in Minot\, North Dakota\, on March 28-29\, and to elect candidates forEndorsement for office from the Legislative District. The Delegate and EndorsingConventions are to take place consecutively at Choice Health and Fitness\, 4401South 11th Street\, Grand Forks\, North Dakota\, 58201. \n\n\n\nOnly those individuals who are registered members of Legislative District 43\, asdefined in Article 111 of the Legislative Bylaws\, are 18 years of age or older; haveresided in District 43 at least 30 days prior to the election; and are paid upmembers of the State Republican Party prior to the meetings or may run forDelegate or vote for Delegates or participate in the Endorsing Convention eitheras voters or candidates or attend these Conventions. If a person is not aMember\, as defined in Article 111 of the Bylaws\, of District 43\, they will be barredfrom these CONVENTIONS. \n\n\n\nProper form of ID which will be accepted is a State Issue ID card or a StateIssued North Dakota Drivers License showing residency in District 43. \n\n\n\nRichard A. DESCRIPTION:This notice serves to advise you that the District 7 Republican Party will be holding our Legislative Endorsing Convention and our Delegate Elections on Monday\, February 23rd\, 2026\, at Sunrise Elementary in Bismarck. Registration will begin at 6:00 PM where District dues of $20.00 also need to be paid (by cash or check only). Please review the updated bylaws Article III Section 1\, for clarification on who is an eligible District 7 member.   \n\n\n\n1. An American citizen of voting age (18) \n\n\n\n2. Has been a resident of the District for 30 days \n\n\n\n3. Has paid District dues of $20.00\, effective for the calendar year \n\n\n\n4. And believes in the principles of the Republican Party\, intending to support its endorsed candidates and adopted platform in the next election. \n\n\n\nCandidates seeking endorsement of the District Party for a Legislative Office shall provide written or electronic notice of their intention to the District Executive Committee Chair no less than (20) days prior to the District Endorsing Convention.
