Karnival with Kelly Armstrong (URC Picnic)

You are invited to join the United Republicans of Cass County (URC) at the free 2021 picnic and Karnival with Congressman Kelly Armstrong!
Come for food, libations, special auction items, to meet your elected officials, and hear from U.S. Representative Kelly Armstrong!
PLUS – we’ll have many games set up around the park and playground so make sure to bring your whole family for this event!
Where: Urban Plains Park (one of the newest parks in the area with a lot of amenities). Location is closest to the playground.
