The annual West Fest celebration is returning to the City of West Fargo the week of Sept. 13. This year’s theme, “Our Heroes,” was chosen to honor all of the community members who went above and beyond in the last two years. A variety of events will occur during the week leading up to the Grand Parade at noon Saturday, Sept. 18.
