According to our bylaws you can pre-register 45 days (December 1st) in advance of the Convention. Anything paid 46 days and beyond will be considered dues for the current year or a donation. Please take this into consideration, if you choose to pre-register for the event, to avoid any voting eligibility issues at the convention.

(Registration at 2:00pm, call to order at 2:50pm)
EVENT TOTAL RUN TIME: 2:00-9:00 pm
Registration starts at 2:00pm. Speakers at 2:50pm. Formal Business at 4:30pm. Dinner w/ Smoked Meat at 6:00pm. Activity at 7:15pm.
Capitol Heights Baptist Church:
Description: The purpose of the convention is to elect officers and conduct other NDYR business, such as amend bylaws.
