Pursuant to Article IV, Section 1 of the District 25 Republican Party Bylaws, the precinct caucus for all precincts in District 25 is hereby called as follows:

- Precincts: All precincts within the 25th Legislative District (412502, 392537, 392538, 392539, 392541, 392545, 392546, 392547, 392548, 392549, 392551, 392552, 392553, 392554)
- Date: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
- Registration Begins: 6:00 PM CST
- Gavel In: 7:00 PM CST
- District 25 Dues: $25.00
- Location: The 44 Venue, 15 Main Ave, Colfax, ND 58018
- Business to be Conducted:
- Election of precinct committee people
- Election of members of the District Committee
- Election of Chairman and Officers
- Any other business as prescribed by party rules and state law
