DISTRICT 37 REPUBLICAN PARTY DELEGATE SELECTION CONVENTION

Notice is hereby given that the District 37 Republican Party will hold a Delegate
Selection Convention on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the
Stark County Veterans Pavilion and Memorial, 801 5th Ave W, Dickinson, North Dakota.
The purpose of this convention is to elect delegates and alternates to the North Dakota
Republican Party State Convention.

This convention is being conducted pursuant to the authority granted in the District 37
Republican Party bylaws, including the provision allowing an open district convention
when declared by the District Executive Committee.
Participation and Voting Eligibility

All District 37 resident Republican voters in attendance shall be entitled to participate
and vote at this convention. For purposes of this convention, a Republican voter is a
qualified elector residing in District 37 who affiliated with the Republican Party at the last
general election or intends to affiliate with the Republican Party at the next general
election.

No person shall be entitled to more than one vote.

State Convention Delegate Eligibility
Election as a delegate or alternate at this convention does not automatically guarantee
credentialing at the North Dakota Republican Party State Convention. Individuals
elected as delegates or alternates must independently satisfy all eligibility requirements
under NDGOP rules, including state party dues payment deadlines and credentialing
requirements, in order to be seated at the State Convention.
