District 43 Reorganization Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Republican Party District 43 will hold their at
large reorganization meeting at the Center of Innovation building, 4200 James
Ray Drive, Grand Forks, North Dakota, in the Idea Room on the first Floor, in
Grand Forks, North Dakota, on the 6th day of May, 2025, from the hours of 1;30
o clock pm to 2;30 o clock pm, for the election of District officials as may be
provided by state law and district party bylaws. Only Republicans residing in
District 43 for the last 30 days prior to the meeting and have proof of such
residency in the form of a State issued ID and who have paid their state dues
prior to the meeting may participate in this election. Persons intending to run
for any District office, must file a statement two days prior to the meeting
with the Secretary of the District, Ms. Pauline Glynn, at 4200 James Ray Drive #
503, Grand Forks, North Dakota, such statement to contain the full name of the
person intending to run; the address of such person intending to run; the
telephone number of the person intending to run; which office they are intending
to run for and then such person must be nominated for such office at the meeting
from the floor. Failure to file such statement will result in exclusion from
running for such office. Such statement must be filed at least two days before
such reorganizational meeting.
