District 13 Endorsement Convention

Notice of Meeting: District 13 Republican Party to hold an Endorsing Convention on February Saturday 28th, 2026 to endorse two candidates for North Dakota House of Representatives and one candidate for North Dakota Senate. Candidates seeking endorsement must notify the District Chair, Russell Bubach [ChairD13GOP@gmail.com or at the Delegate convention] of their intention, in writing, on or before February 14, 2026 and meet all requirements of the District 13 Republican Party Rules [bylaws].

Registration and dues to be paid NO LATER THAN February 18th and please bring proof of payments. Please email ChairD13GOP@gmail.com for registration forms and payment instructions. District dues are $25.
Meeting begins at 2:00 pm. Meeting is not open to the media or non-dues paying public. Proxy voting is not allowed.
