The purpose of the meeting/social is to hear updates and priorities for the upcoming legislative session from our district legislators, review and amend our district bylaws, and socialize among members. NOTICE OF REORGANIZATION MEETING OF THE DISTRICT 37 REPUBLICAN PARTY Notice is hereby given that District 37 Republican Party caucus at-large will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Heart River Retreat, 2475 West Broadway Street in Dickinson, North Dakota. The business to be conducted will be to elect committee persons, and conduct such other business as provided by State Law and Party Rules. Any District 37 Republican member in good standing at the time of the meeting will be eligible to participate. All applications for membership received 10 days after this notice will be reviewed for approval on December 30, 2024. Every legislative year we adjust our meeting day to Saturdays.  The meetings will be the first Saturday noon of January, February, March and April in the elevated area of the Dining Room at the Bismarck-Mandan Elks Lodge.  Seafood Saturday is available in the main bar, and you can order off the menu in the TR bar (upstairs).  There is no service, you will need to retrieve your own food and beverage prior to the meeting.
