Note from the Chairman

Fellow Republicans,

I hope this note finds you well as we head into an exciting election season this fall! This summer kept us busy with our journey to the Republican National Convention in Charlotte and a number of legal challenges that the NDGOP was proud to spearhead to preserve the rule of law for all North Dakotans. We were successful in removing both Travisia Martin and Measure 3 from the ballot. In September, Democrats attempted to challenge the eligibility of our own hard-working Representative Terry Jones. We fought them successfully at the North Dakota Supreme Court, and, as I told the press after our victory, the Democrats need to spend more time vetting their own candidates – not ours!

Republicans all over North Dakota are energized to reelect President Trump and to preserve our conservative leadership across the state. Thanks to the efforts of our excellent NDGOP team and your support, we’ve identified nearly 140,000 Republicans ahead of the November election. We also held successful Debate Watch parties in Bismarck and Minot where enthusiasm for getting out the vote for Republicans was at an all-time high. Mark your calendars for November 3 rd : not only to vote Republican, but to save-the-date for an Election Night victory party, location to be determined.

The most consequential election of our lifetime is a few short weeks ahead. The stakes are high, but I know with your hard work and support, we will be successful in preserving conservative leadership up and down the ballot.

Finally, I am hoping you will join me in prayer for the President and First Lady as they battle the COVID19 virus. May God protect our President and his family during these difficult times.

Best,
Rick
